Course content of TFH I:

• Learning about muscle testing and the 14 meridians.
• Learning how to strengthen the meridians with massage of reflector areas such as Neurolymphatic and Neurovascular reflex points.
• Food testing and stress management techniques are also part of this course, which will already enable you to give balances to yourself and friends.

Touch for Health® Workshop-Courses 1-4

Touch For Health® (TFH) is internationally recognised as a fundamental training for Kinesiology.These courses are recommended to anyone who is interested in using Kinesiology in a simple and easy manner. Courses TFH II - IV will give more and more in-depth understanding of principles established in Course I. You will learn more muscles to test, look at the Meridian Wheel, learn about the Chinese principle of the five elements, understand excess and insufficient energies, etc.
These courses are enormously beneficial for your own health and wellbeing, and they also can provide you with powerful techniques to enhance the health of your family and friends.

BRAINGYM® IN ACTION COURSE (1 day workshop)

Cost: $150 per person, time: 9am - 5pm

This workshop is designed to give you a short, concise overview on BrainGym® activities. It is aimed at teachers who have never had any experience with Brain Gym® and who want to learn more about it. It is also great for all other educators who would like to update their knowledge base. Minimum number of participants per workshop is 20 people. Smaller schools and communities can join together to form larger groups, and fees for these are negotiable.In this workshop you will learn:

• how and why Brain Gym® works
• important Brain Gym® movements
• PACE - a specific sequence of Brain Gym® movements that help your students to settle down, relax, pay attention and effectively ‘switch on’ to learn      
• learn which sets of Brain Gym® are most useful and when to use them
• instant ways to improve: reading, writing, calculating, spelling, speaking and listening

All movements are easily adaptable for sports, music, drama, and arts. By using the Brain Gym® movements regularly, your students will be:

• more settled
• more receptive
• more responsive
• ready to listen and learn in a relaxed ‘whole-brain’ way

This course is suitable for anyone interested in personal growth. It is for parents wishing to assist their children at home and teachers who wish to empower their students for easier, stress free learning, improved concentration and communication skills. This wonderful course gives you skills to balance yourself, your students, your family and friends.

BRAIN GYM and GYMBALL EXERCISES combined - Special 1 day workshop

designed to explore the integration of early childhood reflexes and gain overall physical strength, co-ordination and mental agility. This is an excellent workshop for Physiotherapists, Occupational therapists, Phys. Ed.teachers and pers. Trainers, who wish to integrate educational Kinesiology into their work.
