| Brain Gym Activities and Gymnastic Ball Exercises Combined | |||
This new workshop was created with the intention to be taught to all Kinesiologists,Brain Gym teachers, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and last but not least Phys Ed. teachers! There is a certain expectation on the participant’s fitness level.Participants should understand basics in Brain Gym® or other Kinesiology Learning enhancement techniques and be interested in physical fitness and movement development. To be held on the4./5. 10. 2008This is a Two day course (9 am - 4pm) which will include the identification of non integrated early childhood and postural reflexes and their integration by using the gymball activities. All 3 'dimensions of learning' (centering, focus, laterality) will be adressed and integrated with adequate activities on the gym ball. The activities are fun filled dynamic movements, which greatly support Brain Gym, the Extra Lesson and other neuro-physiological treatment techniques. Participants will receive a Gym Ball, a manual and various handouts as extras (please state your height, when registering!). Day One is also open for everybody who has no prior Brain Gym knowledge. Day Two, advanced level: learn more activities, and how to use the Brain Gym balance format, including the early childhood reflexes and their integration into the Gym Ball work. Cost: $400 (Early Bird Registrations: $ 350 - if your payment is received 3 weeks before the beginning of the course.) Using the wonderful tools from the Brain Gym® tool kit and combining them with fun filled dynamic movements on the gymnastic ball gives trainers, therapists and teachers a greater variety and more options when working with children and adults in the field of learning enhancement or as a physiotherapist in rehabilitation of injuries. Also, when working as a personal trainer with clients on sport performance, co- ordination and strength. Everybody can benefit of these activities! |
